Lennie Redux...

I'm sitting here on a wet, cold April day, birthday just gone (working on a big birthday mix of all my favourites from the last year to be posted when I can finish the two reviews I'm struggling with...) and about to brave the elements to venture to the Artist's Quarter. Some nice comments have cheered me up - so here's some more Lennie Bruce. Lend him your ears, hipsters, flipsters and finger-poppin' daddies, as Lord Buckley would have said... More to follow -including quite a long routine - when I get back from the dark embrace of the East Midlands demi-monde. Or something...

Sorry, but Lenny got linked to I'm Looking Through You.wma by the Beatles. Nice tune, but not Lenny. Thanks for the great routines.

Oops, I listened to the Beatles track anyway. It was rather lovely for a Monday morning. I thought it was just me being silly, but, yes it was The Beatles. :)

I did get the Artist's Quarter quip! I've been there before for an interview at the University. Too sporty for me I'm afraid. And didn't that Sarah Greene go there?? Say no more.

cor blimey missis, that's brave of you - I must put some new stuff up - they are all rather old - haven't done much with that site for ages as busy with other things but looks as if I'll have more time available now - aha - looks as if Lenny about to be resurrected...
