Due to a certain amount of domestic chaos and on-going fatigue, posting will be light this week... here's another long improvisation from the World of Whitedog... and some morephotos from the New York trip...
He likes his epic tracks, doesn't he? Good clanking, industrial musique - I mean real industrial, sounds that might be produced in a heavy-duty factory complex. Long sections that slowly mutate - sounds like the long-lost soundtrack to 'Eraserhead', I can quite imagine the Man in the Planet pulling his levers to this.
Obsessive cineaste question - is the Whitedog moniker a homage to Samuel Fuller's 'Whiet Dog'?

Sam Fuller... hadn't thought of that! Actually... it's a south african thing - withond (whitedog) is a kind of unaged white brandy...
